Scholarly Publishing in the Context of Open Science
Dear participants, We would like to thank you for your participation in the PUBMET 2015 conference. The organizing committee would like to invite you to take a moment to complete our conference evaluation feedback. Conference evaluations provide vital information for improvement and thus your feedback will enable PUBMET 2016 organizers to better meet your needs and expectations. This evaluation will take no more than 3 minutes of your time. Thanks for your collaboration. Sincerely, Jadranka Stojanovski, on behalf of the PUBMET 2015 Organizing Committee
The main theme of the conference is scholarly communication in the context of open science: PUBlishing as the most visible channel and METrics and assessment (PUBMET). This year’s conference topics are focused on new trends in publishing of scholarly journals and books, openness, new formats of digital publishing, innovations in the peer review processes, the relationship between traditional and new metrics, the new models and approaches to the assessment of researchers and academic institutions, editorial policies, and best practices in editing the journal. The organizers aim to bring together a diverse community of researchers, university teachers, publishers, editors, librarians/information specialists and experts from a vast array of scientific research.
